How is a pallet with special dimensions made?
In the production of a pallet with special dimensions, two or more pallets or pallet parts are connected to create one large pallet deck. This is done using the mirror welding technique. A particularly strong and hygienic weld is created through a clean infrared welding process. This weld securely and durably connects the pallets or pallet parts. Plastic pallets with special dimensions are manufactured in-house and are therefore quickly available, even from just one unit.

Using plastic welding techniques, a pallet can be enlarged or reduced without compromising the stability and quality of the pallet. The welded pallet forms a cohesive unit, maintaining its stable construction. The pallet retains its load-bearing capacity, impact resistance, and durability.
