BAGLOAD MASTER feeding and packaging system

The Bagload Master consists of a bag packaging machine from Autobag and the feedy feeding system for bulk parts of various shapes. It is used wherever small parts need to be precisely supplied and automatically packaged. Thanks to integrated image recognition and robotics, the bulk parts are automatically fed to the packaging system, which packs and separates up to 25 bags per minute. The bags are also printed automatically using an integrated thermal transfer printer with a resolution of 400 dpi. Thanks to the tool-free quick-change adapter and intuitive touch user interface, product changes can be set up in next to no time. Stable and free-flowing bulk goods with an edge length of 3 to 50 mm can be fed. The feed system works with compressed air and electricity, and the hopper capacity is 14 litres. Both systems are perfectly harmonised and mounted on a stable chassis. The efficiency of the Bagload Master is already achieved with small and medium quantities.
